July SAQ Summer Camp

Strikers SAQ camps provide age-appropriate foundational training and progression, with focus on development of agility, balance, coordination, speed, and quickness.

Training includes:

  • Developmental Warm-Ups

  • Dynamic Speed Training (form, efficiency, explosion)

  • Technical Ball Work (minimum 1000 touches per session)

  • Hurdles and ladder progressions

SAQ – Speed. Agility. Quickness
Speed Ladders, Hurdles, Change of Direction, Core Strength and Injury Prevention
Technical ball work and small sided games
