Dear Strikers Fox Valley Soccer Club Members,

I am thrilled to announce that Charlie Latshaw III will join our staff as Senior Director of Coaching, effective immediately. With a wealth of experience and a passion for the game, Charlie brings a unique blend of leadership, expertise, and innovation that will undoubtedly add value to our drive toward One Community One Club.

Charlie has experience coaching and developing players at various levels, including serving as a club staff coach with several organizations, most notably Sockers FC Chicago. He led Chicago City Soccer Club as the Director of Soccer, coaching the USL League Two team to #1 in the nation and winning the 2023 Heartland Division; his work earned him USL Two “Coach of the Year.” Charlie currently serves as the Sporting Director and Head Coach for River Light, overseeing both the Men & Women in the USL League Two and USL W League, respectively.

As Senior Director of Coaching, Charlie will oversee all aspects of our Senior Boys and Girls programs. His commitment to excellence and player development aligns perfectly with our club’s values, and we are excited to have him on board to lead our Senior Boys and Girls Divisions. His vision for the future of soccer coaching and his strategic mindset will be instrumental in shaping our club’s success.
