Collin Waldoch

A major character trait that I developed while at Strikers is leadership – specifically leading by gaining the trust and motivation of all teammates. It's something I used later when building a company for the first time.

Strikers had a big impact on my love for the game of soccer – it has continued to define much of my post-college experience, especially when playing pick-up soccer while traveling across the US and around the world.

Three words that defined my experience at Strikers Fox Valley are teamwork, discipline and grit!
